Good morning,
I recently made the decision to move providers (about 3 weeks ago) from EE to 02 and went with a 24 month sim only plan. This included up to 6 months of Apple music. I haven’t received the link for this and have contacted 02 a few times to inform them. The first time I was told that I would definitely receive it after 7 days and therefore didn’t need to worry about it. I didn't receive it, so I got back in touch. I was told that they put a note on my account for it to be sent within a few days. I still haven’t received it. As the offer says it needs to be redeemed within a month, I’m slightly worried that I’d miss out on the offer without even receiving it. I tried to look on the priority section but it potentially does not offer the same amount as I was offered on the plan, so cannot imagine that this is the correct code. I didn’t expect this to become so complicated and to have to chase for something so basic! It does make me want to reconsider my choice to move to 02 as I already had my doubts that the offer I have received is even worth it. If anyone has any advice at this stage, I’d appreciate it.
