I am receiving so many spam texts and call everyday from O2 number via voip. I have reported to O2 on text 7726 but no response apart from automated txt reply. The Cs is non existence as one cannot get in touch. The excuse is COVID-19. I need to speak to someone to resolve this issue.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
