Hi, can anyone help, I don't have any sound on my outgoing phone calls! I can send/receive messages and make/receive phone calls, but the person the other end of the phone call can not hear me. Does any one know what I've done?

This could well be a microphone failure, can you get to an O2 shop so they can test it for you?

Turn the volume up on both your phone and the call recipitent's phone.

What phone? do you have a headset with inline mike? to test if it is an internal mic failure.
Have you rebooted the phone to reset it.
also at times a network error can cause this sort of issue.
