Has anyone else noticed there seems to be a LOT of masts not working at the moment?  Wherever I seem to search on the Status Checker it says... ‘Sorry a phone mast close to you isn’t working’.  I’ve done home and work postcodes and then big towns like Leeds, London, Sheffield, Manchester etc.

On a side note - I think that the my network app and Status checker could do with mirroring what Vodafone do by identifying the mast that isn’t work.  Can this also be fed back please?

Hey @Junior@Cleoriff I'm not aware of any widespread mast issues at the moment. I've checked a few post codes myself and all came back fine.

What area are you having difficulties in? I can check if there are any issues there.

Interestingly I was having problems at the end of last week making calls from my office. When I checked the app there were no reported problems in my area.

When I then called C.S I was informed that a local mast to me was down. clearly the information on the App is not as accurate as it should be.
