Hello All,
I have got 2 emails from o2 this morning stating that someone has placed an order for the free sim cards with them and the second email states that they have been posted.
They have been ordered in my name but i am unsure where they are being sent to my address or someone else's as it doesn't say.
I think when someone orders the simcards it is recorded who has ordered them and to what address so if someone has ordered them in my name to another address and uses them illegally i could get in trouble? Just on the phone to o2 now.. On hold for 11 mins so far.
Should i be worried & should i report it to the police?

I would ring customer service and make sure your details haven't been changed such as a delivery address. Change your password with them.
