Sim not delivered after 8 working days

Despite paying for a sim only contract since 20 May I have still not received the SIM card. The text received said it would arrive the next day (26th May) but no tracking number has been provided and I have already been billed for a sim I don't yet have.

Every time I try to call in I get cut off by the automated service. There is no email address to contact anyone and I can't find out where the SIM card is.

Can someone contact me to let me know when I can expect it and to also change my billing period to start from the day it is received / activated as I am not paying for a period when I don't have it

You need to call again as it may have been lost somewhere in the system

The best number to get through seems to be
0800 587 4005

however I am finding it almost impossible to actually speak to someone so far which doesn't bode well for the future!

@PBR123  No one will contact you. This is a customer community. You'll have to call customer service. 0800 587 4005 seems to be the best number to call of the ones in the link below. Select any option. Even fraud or lost/stolen if necessary. O2's treatment of their customers has been dreadful during this crisis.

That number bypasses the  IVR so you just wait in the queue instead of being cut off.
