What does http://status.o2.co.uk/ say for your post code. Also check if there is any maintenance in your area

Do you know if other O2 users are effected? The fault could lay with your phone or your SIM.

Dont think its my phone as it works fine when i go elsewhere just doesnt work at my office, which is where i need it most!!
Its been fine ever since i have had the phone just stopped working this week..
Will give them a ring and see whats happening.

i too am on 02 and the signal has definately been a problem for over 10 days in the WV9 AREA have phoned 02 and they are saying im the only one, my son who is on 02 at the same address has the same issue i told them to look at this forum but they need a few more compaints before they will look at it.
after a long call they have decided to get engineeer to look it would be nice if the original poster to this thread also phoned them to add substance to my claim

I have checked your post code and can confirm that O2 will be carrying out some maintenance on our phone masts in this area on the 23 January.
The engineers will get this issue resolved for you.
