I have sent a few text messages to different mobile numbers in Bangladesh. It is more than 3 days now those messages were not delivered to the receipients. But I can see on my online o2 account that o2 has already charged me £0.82 for those text messages. Is it not rediculas? What answer o2 will give for non delivery of texts and for charging money on top of my usual contract amount?
The problem may be with the Bangladesh network, if the text shows as sent o2 have done their bit, and you would have charges in that case. But call customer services to check on their system.x
