I am registered on TPS with landline...just tried to register with mobile number. "Site down due to high level of registrations"

Although in theory this is a good scheme, in practice the dodgy marketing companies do not check the monthly updated database, that TPS make available to them, before making their unsolicited calls.
It's obvious that would take them a lot of time and people to do it.
So the onus falls on you to report to TPS each and every company that calls you, if you don't then these companies will continue their silly games.
