How come after signing in with username and password i am asked for the only telephone number i have on the only device i have. Then sent a warning about sharing the incoming code. Put the code in to access account, choose a priority offer, say Greggs then have repeat the whole process again to claim? I'm having to jump through hoops for 10 minutes?

Some have many numbers in a single account @Majorbobskin - and you can always turn off your WiFi and use your data allowance, that stops some of the challenges. Good luck!

It's not when i'm on wifi. It's when i'm in Tesco's trying to activate an offer for Greggs on 'Priority'.

Are you sure you are not connecting to Tesco's free customer WiFi, @Majorbobskin?

Swipe down and disable WiFi - clearly SMS works as you get the password challenge, so O2 WiFi should work

As below (for an Android phone), slide "WiFi" to the left, the off position.

When done, slide it back to On again, to reconnect to Tesco WiFi.

Good luck!
