Screen repair

Hi all! I’ve just managed to crack the screen on my Samsung s20. No insurance. The crack doesn’t bother me but the top part of my phone won’t work! Has anyone had a repair through o2 and how much did it cost?

You need to send it in to O2 for them to quote you once they have assessed the phone.

You can then choose to accept the quote or have the phone returned to you.

You can also try local repair shops or Samsung themselves, but be aware that your warranty will be void if you choose a none approved repair shop,
