I’m getting txt messages that are charging me and o2 have allowed it yet won’t stop it. I’ve tried contacting them and nothing. I did not authorise these txt messages and certainly shouldn’t be paying for them. Been a lifelong o2 customer and this is how they treat people

You also need to contact O2 and ask them to place the following bars on your account
Bar all Direct to bill debits
Bar Premium rate numbers
You should also ask for a "charge to mobile" bar
