I forwarded a suspected "Phishing" scam message to O2 on 23rd December, they responded asking me the number it was sent from even though I included that number in my message. Today, 3 months later, I get an acknowledgment from O2 thanking me for forwarding the message. It did say that by forwarding I give them the opportunity to prevent others being caught by the SCAM - but frankly if it took 3 months for them to investigate the scammer has long since moved on. Pretty much a waste of time me bothering.

That's more that I've ever received from Vodafone in 2 years
