Hi all ordered this phone today but I'm worried I won't like it can I just refuse the delivery?

Should be OK, just follow up with them and make sure once they have it back it's all tied up OK - I did the same thing, and wrongly assumed it was sorted until I got an £800 bounce on my bank account - the follow up being dealing with some of the worst customer service I've seen in a while lol

You can refuse delivery and have it returned by the courier but you won't be able to open it, have a look and expect the courier to wait

You can only refuse it unopened

Gonna be trying the pixel 6 shortly looks lovely the Mrs is trying out the s21 I will update tommow after a full day of use 🙂
