Samsung S20 Series Dispatch email?

Just been reading on the Samsung & EE forums and it seems some people have been receiving emails stating their devices are arriving today/tomorrow.

Anyone had their email from O2 yet or are we all delayed?

@AlexH95 have you checked on the my orders section of your account? (Menu - More - my orders)

I clicked on the blue order number and found a DPD tracking number at the bottom of the page that loads.

I can't do this as I'm a new customer.  Hoping if you can see yours, mine should also be on the way

I did Jets and nothing yet very strange, perhaps mine is DHL as they delivered my cases last week that o2 sent out so may it won't update. I have read past instances in which customers have been on the phone to o2 with o2 stating it hasn't dispatched and DHL knocking on the door at the same time with the phone so we will see.

I really hope I get it tomorrow so excited to get this one!

@gatrell I reckon you will be fine and it will turn up tomorrow. The communication from O2 has been pretty poor with everyone but we have all received tracking numbers so I rate you also have one but can't see it as you don't have a my O2 account yet.

@AlexH95have you tried downloaded the DPD app? It could be worth registering on it to see if your parcel is showing.

@JetJones had a look and nothing will check emails at 1900 see if I get dispatch notification, if nothing will call as I do t want to waste a days holiday sitting around for nothing hahaha

@jetjones when did you order. I ordered 17th Feb and my order still shows as pending on my O2 app?
