Hi All

I was sent a code to redeem for £1 Samsung earbuds, i have got the code to work but it is only takin the cost down to £41, has anybody else had this issue?

A couple of others have reported this too.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

This has been raised on another thread in the last few days. You can search for it.

The tentative conclusion seemed to be that the voucher is for a fixed discount and that if the price of the buds has increased, that is now leaving a larger balance to pay.
