After being called by O2 as I have been out of contract for quite a while and told I have been due an upgrade for nearly 2 years, the salesperson convinced me that I MUST have the Samsung 22 Ultra. After being on the phone for nearly forty five minutes and they finally [processed the sale, I was then told that in fact it was out of stock and couldn't give me a time when it would be back in stock. Each time I have called over the last two weeks, I have been told another two weeks, another weeks and yet another two weeks from each date. Anyone else having this failure from O2?

Sadly O2 don't operate a live stock situation which makes life difficult when you want a particular phone.
The Sales people are just that....they are only interested in getting commission whatever the outcome for the customer.

Yes trying to get an answer out of them as to when I will possible get my device is aggravating to say the least

Yea. Thing is there is no way for us customers on here, or even the team advisors, to know when they are expecting deliveries.

I'm also in same boat I ordered samsung galaxy 22 ultra on 29th December and I got told last week by o2 its two weeks but on the website it's say 1 week
