SIGNAL BOOSTER

Anonymous
Not applicable

The data from O2 says good signal inside and out at  LL52 0PH which is not true. Both my wife's expensive Samsung smart phone and my Alcatel Pop 4 give a very bad signal ouside and we have to parade about to get any signal.  Inside the caravan the signal is ZERO.   We have been in that area about three years and nothing has improved & yet it depicts a mast not far away.

When we were in sight of the Pant Glas mast the signal was good but now we are nearer the town of Criccieth the signal is appauling. I will be speaking to nearby people to confirm this issue that is important to quite a few of us.

Download the MyNetwork app and report it through there.
Get as many others as you can to report it too.

And hassle @Anonymous on Twitter, if you can - sometimes the My Network app does not or cannot submit the report, but a screenshot of it to the O2 Twitter team sometimes helps.

We were told the app would save the report and send when the phone got a good signal if it wouldn't send at the time, but certainly reporting on twitter won't hurt either.

The app *should* do that, but I have found it sometimes balks, sending nothing... especially if your signal is really bad. Can't remember how I got around that at the time.
