Maybe they are just testing out the system to make sure it works when(if) they actually send it.
I don't think anyone at o2 speaks to each other... how can one person say it's in stock and should be with you shortly.
someone else say it's out of stock and we don't know when it's in stock.

I called to see what's up with them saying I'd get it within 3 working days.
she checked the notes on the call and couldn't see anyone has advised me that...
what the hell is going on there, they literally just make stuff up and don't even write what they've said in the notes so looks like I'm the liar.
What a joke... I'm just going to cancel with o2 tbh.
