I have just wasted a whole evening waiting for contact from live chat only to be cut off in less than two minutes before I had the chance to type my query. Definitley leaving O2 now, just not good enough.

my old phone has a tesco sim in it and when i ring my tesco number which should be ported on to my new 02 phone then my old phone rings and goes staright to 02 voicmail...how's that happening.Even in store they couldn't understand what was happening
