On 30oct23 I spent £30 of my O2 Rewards on an Amazon gift voucher. I have not received any correspondance. I need a claim code to redeem the voucher. I spent nearly an hour on the phone & spoke to 6 different people. I was eventually told to contact Amazon, which I did, but that's O2's responsibility. What do I do next? Please help.
