Retentions?? Don't think they care less

Called today about cancelling, been with o2 for 15 years! He didn't ask much just took payment owed and send me the code I need to give to new provider?! I'm fuming, thought they'd make some effort to retain existing customers especially long standing ones

No, they don't seem to care anymore unfortunately.
They have so many customers but forget who pays their wages!
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Unfortunately it all depends who you get connected to. Some will go the extra mile, I have twice in the last two years got a loyalty discount.

It also depends on how much you spend per month, im afraid money talks slight_smile
