It was certainly outsourced when Telefonica took over so maybe they are just changing the out-source company?

As for the pop-up I doubt they will ever fix it as it's aimed at new subscribers and sod the rest of us! They need to change it for us regulars....

Interesting about your pension as my pension admin has just changed to be managed by PIC.
