For the past few days i have been receiving multiple texts a day showing me my balance. I know others online are also complaining about this. I would attach an image but this system is like living in the stone age. The text says

"You balance is £XX.XX you can use this for any out of bundle calls & texts" and it comes several times a day now.

Please fix this.

Just call O2 or use social media links and ask for them to be turned off.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Contact customer service and ask them to turn off balance notifications

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 4445
