I have the added bolt-on for the Relay Service and downloaded the app but I can't get the service to work.
I have contacted Relay UK Service and they have commented it could be because the network see's the prefix of 18001 which you need to dial out as a premium number and won't allow it ?.
For anyone who is not familiar with Relay UK. It's a service provided for hearing and speech impaired people who require assistance when using a mobile or landline phone.

If you have a zero spend cap, ask O2 to change it to £5.00.
You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
