Really frustrating that I haven't received my sim yet after waiting for three days when it is advertised as 1 day delivey with 1sT cLaSs RoYAl MaIl. Spoke with sales team yesterday and was told i will receiving by end of the today and received nothing. Why isn't a big company such as O2 unable to do a basic thing like delivering a sim on time????? Really frustrating that I have to come to forum for answers and might as well have to give a call tomorrow when I have things to do. Not good enough O2.

Once an item has been posted, no one has any control over the speed that Royal Mail move at I'm afraid.

I think you meant @O2Sarah- , but as MI5 points out as soon as it leaves o2 they have no control over speed of delivery...
