Refunds are a joke!

So after returning a tablet, well within the 2 week cooling off period, my husband is still being charged for it almost 4 months later. We were assured over 5 weeks ago we would be refunded and charges would be stopped. Complete bull. Now one week after being assured in the 02 shop that this would be dealt with with 5 working days. Again nothing!! Only for my husband to be told the forms were never sent and we apparently now have to wait THREE more data to complain. What a joke!!!! You're quick to take the money tho

Four months? My God! No doubt passed from pillar to post during all that time because no one will take the responsibility or the time to sort out the refund. 

Make the complaint. I would Google CEO O2 and drop an email to his office. Usually gets a result.
