Hi! I have recently upgraded with O2 and was offered a discount by the upgrade team member I talked to. Since then my discount hasn't been taken off and customer service seem to think O2 can't offer the discount I was given. Is there any way they can listen to the recording of my phone call or if there is a call log somewhere of it?

Hi! I spoke to a member of the customer service team who spoke to a sales representative and she said that the sales team weren't able to get the recording. I was unsure if this meant that there was no recording or if it wasn't approved

Unfortunately no, the way the upgrades member explained it to me the contract was right but the customer service member said it was wrong. So its gotten very confusing

I have a feeling that this wasn't a genuine O2 call, more than likely a trusted agent which is a third party company
These people will tell you the earth is flat in order to make a sale

They may have been suggesting it was a discount that you could apply for?
