While price increases are never welcome at least o2 are transparent in admitting price increases will happen.

Three on the other hand made a big song and dance a few years back about how they would never increase prices mid contract...... that stance lasted long #makethingsright....😅

Why is it the 1.3% increase that people are talking about.... I'm more concerned with the out of bundle calls that have also increased....although not used a lot, some of them is 20p a minute of a difference....surely there's a get out option on those.

If you regularly call numbers that have increased by more than the RPI and can prove "detrimental effect" you can be allowed to leave your contract.
