Hi,

I have only just noticed that on the galaxy s6 front facing camera, before and after taking a picture that it shows random purple spots on the screen? I have factory reset my phone and it still shows the dots? Only comes down to hardware problem?

Anyone else experienced this on the S6 (32GB)?

Shall I send it back to shop, I have had this phone since April

Send it back to Samsung.
It is software but it's a camera driver issue so only Samsung can sort it.

Send it back to Samsung.
It is software but it's a camera driver issue so only Samsung can sort it.

ok thanks, I have done a few searches and it (seems) to be a bit of a common fault on the phone, you can lower the resolution to 2.5 MP or summot and it SHOULD go away but why would I want to do that haha

Known issue on the S6 apparently - return to samsung who will issue a replacement according to various reports on the net.

Its just like that - hopefully samsung will replace the phone?
