Proof of age . ?

when i wana look on a web site an o2 asks for proof of my age, i FILL IN ALL DETAILS AN THEN IT TELLS ME MY BANK CARD NO IS WRONG  . no it aint ?  any ideas .

just pop into nearest o2 shop and they will sort it for you

Or, if you are the account holder, call CS to remove it.

It takes up to 2 days but is usually a lot quicker.

Also - the form should only accept credit cards, not debit cards.

I just popped into my local 02 high street shop , showed my I.d and it was lifted within an hour or so.

I didn't even need ID. The spotty teenager behind the counter took one look at me and said "I can clearly see you are over 18" 😞
