Productivity apps - Evernote

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello Everyone,

We all love our apps on mobile and tablets these days, they seem to have become a part of our daily lives, haven’t they?!

Some we use for fun and some for work, it appears that we have an app for everything nowadays. We’re intrigued about productivity apps in particular and would like to get your thoughts around this topic.

Hands up if you know about Evernote how many of you have used it?

How useful do you or would you find it in your day to day life or work?

If you haven’t heard about it yet, here’re some of the features it includes:

-Save, sync and share files

-Search for text inside images

-Organize notes by notebooks and tags

-Email notes and save tweets to your Evernote account

-Connect Evernote to other apps and products you use

-Share notes with friends and colleagues via Facebook and Twitter

Would love to get your thoughts around this app? We want to know how often you’d use this in your day to day life and which particular feature you love the most about it?

Brad

Hi Brad.

I've seen this in Apples App Store but am somewhat put off by the very high level of negative comments.

Are you using this app yourself.

I'm just wondering why it's being promoted on the O2 Community Forum.

Good reviews on Play.

It looks to be a very useful app, although they did suffer a security leak earlier this year I believe.

As a side note, I use is occasionaly, but I prefer Google Keep for its simplicity of use.

Hey bandofbrothers,

I am in fact using the app myself! It is quite handy at tracking all my meeting notes and helping me organise my life!
