Priority location issue

Hi 

Ive tried customer service no joy . Tired tweet them no reply. 

The location isn't working in app . Putting me in either London or Manchester for some reason. 

I've uninstalled app reset back up still same 

Location works fine in all other apps including maps and 02 network app 

Seems to be since last update.

Tried email in play store but that no longer supported 

 

Hope someone can assist

Yeah. Just checked the free drink offer as a test. 132 miles away it seems. 

And then Geggs over 180 miles.

Used to give me the location in town for both.

It's giving me a location 92.4 miles away for the breakfast roll so there may be a bug somewhere. I'll flag it over to O2. Thanks @Enlli

I get exactly the same thing it thinks I'm 112 miles away from where I actually am. Has anyone solved this yet?

The app is doing the same for me.  It has been for months now, I've cleared the cache, reinstalled the app, it definitely has location permissions, and other GPS based apps work fine.  Is there any update on this issue?

I wouldn't mind but you cant tell the app where you are manually, and therefore cant take advantage of any local offers.

Thanks @gmarkj - if  @Chris_K or perhaps @GarethWyn can confirm whether this is a know issue, whether its being looked at and if there's an eta on a workaround or a fix, that'd be great.

Those Greggs bacon rolls aren't going to eat themselves.

Hey all,

 

O2 are aware and are investigating the location issue. This shouldn't have an effect on using the offer though!
