There is so much negativity around calling o2 customer services, that I though I would share my experience
I needed to call Customer Services earlier today, to request a proof of purchase for my Galaxy Fold, thats interior screen has developed a fault and Samsung are collecting tomorrow:
I rang Customer Services at 10.41 spoke to an agent in literally 4 rings, and the whole call took 3 minutes 21 Seconds,
Literally less than 30minutes later my Proof of Purchase dropped in my inbox.
It has taken me longer to print the letter than the whole interaction.
So well done o2 and excellent interaction... Hope the poor agent I spoke to gets rid of the cold she had
