Hi
i would like to thank o2 employee Andrew Sowinski who was SO helpful and went out of his way to sort out a problem for my friend ( who does not speak much English amd was confused about his contract) Honestly can’t fault him.
Also Robert Wood at the Leicester store for finishing off resolving the issue after Andrew- he was very helpful and patient!
i hope this can be passed on to the relevant managers.
