Poor to no signal, Swansea

Anonymous
Not applicable
As it states, poor to no signal in the Swansea area of South Wales. It's like living in the age of dial up. Taken me 5 minutes just to get to this page! £39 per month and my S6 Edge is practically rendered useless for anything else than making calls. 5Gb data plan and I struggle with any app that requires data.

Go back to CPW and complain that they mis-sold you a contract.

Is this normal or a sudden change?
Check the network signal and status here http://status.o2.co.uk/

Did you check your signal coverage before signing up?

Well, I was with 3 and my signal was always 4G. I had two months on my contact left which had unlimited data so when I took out my O2 contract with two months left on 3, I continued to use 3 until my contract ended for a PAC Code and to use the unlimited data.

When I signed up through Carphone Warehouse with O2 they done the coverage and said it was great. Turns out it isn't.

I'm so angry.

I'd give it a try and explain everything as you've said here - nothing to lose!

I'm doubtful you will get any joy out of them after 2 months but worth a trip. Is there any work in your area reported on the status page as to 4G coverage coming?
