We have just had a break in Weymouth, Dorset, and I am not impressed with the signal we had there (download speed of 2Mbps), very hard if not impossible to use the internet while around the area, Dorchester and Sherboune weren't much better, when I used the app to check if there was a problem it came up as no issues. But Googling the problem it seems this has been an issue for over 2 years. The camp site we stayed at had a mobile mast but that was for Vodafone, so no good for us. Why have you not improved your service in this area, oh and the other excuse you came up with was, " with more people in the area the signal gets weaker" , it a holiday area, so you are telling me that once the summer time is here I will have to accept a poor service, not very good, and it isn't even busy season and signal is struggling, I pity locals once August comes. You put your prices up every year but don't improve the service. Once contact runs out will have to look at other phone companies, I have noticed that O2 seems to be getting poorer and poorer compared to the others.

Nobody here from O2 to read your post.

If you are not happy try another network on a PAYG SIM to see which is the best for you

That's O2. Often oversubscribed, but with the needs for planning permission, battling NIMBYs etc and a whole host of other things it can literally take years.

I run dual SIM and my phone automatically uses the best network in a particular location surprisingly it's often O2 so it's not everywhere

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
