Poor signal for calls at home

Since moving from virgin to 02 phone calls whilst at home are  either poor audio quality or do not connect at all (yes I know Virgin used 02 masts). 02 are not providing a basic service!

There is no difference in the Network between what you have on o2 or what you had on Virgin. 

It might be worth getting a replacement sim card and seeing if that fixes the issue, as some of the sims that the belgian network provided dont play nice... 


You can get a replacement sim by taking photo ID to an o2 store or by calling o2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202

For what it's worth, whilst I understand that the same broadband is still being used at my home office as was used with virgin, I too now have a lot of internet dropping going on with my iphone. I also find former areas around town and whilst driving, where virgin coverage was smooth and resilient, is not the same with O2.
