Poor service and support at Hastings O2 shop

I went to the Hastings O2 shop today to seek back up advice for the iphone 6 I bought at the shop a week ago. I was served by an assistant called Ed who was so unprofessional, unhelpful, tryyng to rush me and chewed gum throughout our conversation.

I reported this poor service to the shop manager but I don't feel very confident that this will be followed up.

In future I will take my business to another company.

Poor show - Please follow the complaints link as it is the only way to ensure that staff get the required training.....

You can also write to O2 to complain as well as filling out the online complaints form.

Usually it takes approx 28 days to receive a reply.
