Over the past few weeks I have noticed massive issues in my 3G and 4G connections in London (iPhone 6S):

Chancery Lane - Have 4G can barely load anything except low bandwidth apps like Whatsapp

Inside Cannon Street - Have 4G and exactly the same issues, nothing loads.

Most of the South West Overground service towards Dartford is intermittent and poor.

My girlfriend is also on 02 (iPhone SE) and experiences the exact same issues.

Anyone else having this issue?

Many complaints about the coverage and congestion in London. Anything showing up here?

Yeah there seems to be issues:

Sorry a phone mast in this area isn't working
This means your service might come and go until we fix it.

Also, mobile comms can be turned off or restricted during times of crisis.
Not directly related but worth remembering.

Happy to see you got an answer to your coverage problems @Blaine1! Hopefully it won't be too long until the mast is up and running again. slight_smile

Almost a year later and still no fix to the service which is pretty shocking really. I’m out of contact and have no choice but to move providers

This is obviously the best choice for you @Blaine1. No point paying for a contract when you can't use the service...:smileysad:
