Please help - I am trying to log onto BT Openzone....

I have just added the all rounder bolt on to my pay and go galaxy mini so that I would not be spending a whole lot on internet charges - I can get to the openzone page on my mobile - but then cant do any more
I am a bit of a novice but cant work out how I am supposed to go any futher.......

check the openzone is included on the coverage checker or online wifi directory then you just need your mobile number.
There are 3 types of openzone
1 Public openzone (included)
2 Bt business customers sharing there adsl (not included)
3 Bt residental customers sharing there adsl(not included

I can't use openzone, it always comes up that it cannot complete the login call, have tried resetting my wifi and everything. Pah!

take it into an o2 shop, i would. those open wimdoo networks things are a bit of a nightmare to get to work i find...

I have been informed by a senior o2 tech manager that the samsung galaxy s cannot connect to BT OPenzone wi fi due to protocols used by Samsung, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same for the galaxy mini. o2 have been aware of this since at least September, but this hasn't stopped them selling the Galaxy S on contracts that include the free Openzone connection. I was offered a replacement HTC Desire or Dell streak as the only two phones he could be certain would connect to Openzone.

It looks an awful lot like mis-selling to me...
