If you do a search of this forum @Wheresmypw2, you will find lots of threads about delivery delays across O2. 

 

If you want to chase your order, you need to contact O2. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account or provide other direct help.

This is what I sent today ..

 

Hi, 

 

I'm now into me 16th minute of being on hold with your customer services dept regarding my undelivered watch. So I thought I'd fill the time by dropping you an email. 

 

The rep seemed to believe I had already received my watch and then offered me £50 comp . After I told her I didn't have an account and bought the item outright I was told I'll need to speak to another rep . 

 

Now in my 25th minute of this phone call and back on hold.

 

Is O2 really this hilariously incompetent? For a watch? ?

 

Minute 34. Back on hold. They think its "in processing" and are now calling DHL to see where it is? Amazing. 

 

I didn't get to speak to this "other rep" yet. Still on hold but even the hold music has given up!!  

 

40 mins! 

 

I realise it's a massive ask but if really appreciate it is someone with executive authority to make things happen could get involved in this....

 

.....Turns out she couldn't get through and now wants ME to call DHL and chase it up???

 

Angry. Angry. Angry 

 

Minute 44 and back on hold waiting for a supervisor that I had to repeatedly demand to speak to! 

 

Angry. 

 

She is insisting I call DHL or DPD myself again. Apparently your system won't "let them" contact couriers. 

 

Absolutely not. Not my job. 

 

Didn't get escalated to a supervisor either.

 

Utter incompetence.

 

Am now waiting "five minutes for a call back". After 50 minutes.

 

We'll see.

Did you @Wheresmypw2 actually contact the social media team as I have previously suggested ?
