Pixel 9 pro fold dispatch email

The pixel 9 pro fold officially releases today and I'm yet to receive a dispatch email. Is anyone else in the same boat? This is my first time preordering a phone from O2 so I'm not sure if it's normal not to have received an email by now.

Yes received within 18 hours after cancelling and reordering.

I would likely cancel and order again but I am not willing to lose the deal I got originally.  But thank you for the advice.

Yeah also seeing 2 weeks delay now… this is calamitous. 

Glad I didn’t cancel my order but patience is wearing thin. Especially with iPhone 16 release. 

I believe EE have the 256gb in stock so might be worth hopping networks. 

btw it’s fairly clear HeroicHulk is getting people to cancel, don’t listen to him.
