The pixel 9 pro fold officially releases today and I'm yet to receive a dispatch email. Is anyone else in the same boat? This is my first time preordering a phone from O2 so I'm not sure if it's normal not to have received an email by now.

It was Obsidian that I ordered 😕 wont let me cancel either when I hit cancel.

It let me cancel mine and placed new order albeit for 256gb rather than 512gb for click and collect now but store closes at 6 so won't make it down until tomorrow. Only store in Belfast that's showing as available now.

So after cancelling the preorder and reordering the 256gb for store collection. I've just been notified that the 256gb is ready to be collected

Its crazy... as Im now able to walk into store and collect one... think the problem is the 'free storage upgrade'. If they went back to other free gifts the way Samsung used to with Buds then there would be a mixture of 256gb and 512gb ordered. Instead everyone is 512gb potentially causing the issues.
