Bit of a strange question, do O2 ever publish how many of each phone they have sold over a certain period or are known to be active on their network?

Is there any way of finding out this information?

I was just having a wee think and I reckon that some of the figures may be surprising/interesting

I'm afraid O2 doesn't - and I doubt other operators do it either.

It's more likely that you'll be able to find some info on UK and global figures for each manufacturer in tech blogs
