That's the second month in a row I've made a payment using the my o2 app.Two payments on 2 diff days and showing as pending on my bank account but overdue on my o2 app.Services now blocked.Cant talk to anyone as the queues always too long.Sort yourself out as I'm about to change mobile providers.O2 has gone downhill and I've been a customer and now a very unhappy one for years.

There is a known problem with O2's payment system.
The only people who can help are the aforementioned Payment Management Team
