I have spent nearly 10 hours (mainly on hold and being cut off) and been to store with no avail.
I have had a threatening letter demanding payment for a SIM contract that was terminated. No one will speak to me as o2 had some email address I know nothing about, the SIM and number have never been used and the number has been blocked. I can’t even pay if I wanted too.
is all I can do is wait for a debt collection letter?

I wouldnt bother with the payment line i spent over 5 hours on the phone yesterday to them and i still havent been able to reach anyone

That's the exact reason, I've insisted that they send me a final bill even though I don't owe them anything.
