The o2 app doesn’t let me pay my device plan off in full, the only options it gives me are to pay the normal monthly amount or a lower amount. I only other option it gave was to pay device plan and upgrade to new device.

the o2 website was just the same, no option to just pay the device plan in full.

why is the only option to phone o2 voice call number? That’s no good for people with hearing issues or anxiety problems.

Phone up and you get Automated crap telling you it’s easier if you go online and use o2 website, yeah right.

then you get music playing for over half a hour, then when a human being finally answers, it’s always someone who speaks broken English & can’t do their job properly.

@WhiteKaren

It's because it's a regulated credit agreement and as such, needs the correct paperwork filling in.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Don’t be ridiculous, every other company allows their customers to use their apps or websites to pay their balance in full, no one uses paper these days, it’s all online, digital

I don't make the rules, I just tell you what they are and I'm never ridiculous.
