I want to find out what other people think, if you keep going over on your monthly contract for example phoning 0800 numbers when others numbers not available ect would pay as u go be better? What do you all think? As I love iPhones I would have to save up and buy outright.

These for example https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards Sim Only.

Take into account if you use voicemail a lot it's 15p per use to listen to the messages on payg. On contract it comes out of your minutes.

Im on the Big Bundle £20 payg tariff and bought my iPhone 6 plus direct from the Apple Store.

Quite possibly but there are alternatives to phoning these numbers.

You can get the apps too.

Hi

Their are apps to convert 0800 and 0845 numbers so they come out of your minutes or use the Saynoto0845 website.

Currently 0800 do not come out of payg or contract minutes.

Have you thought of sim only.

12 month or monthly options if you gave a phone you like akready

The contract just carries on month by month until you give 30 days notice to end it.

After 12 months it would drop onto a 30 day rolling contract.

However if a phone catches your eye you can upgrade it back into a full contract after 3 months of starting the 12 month contract.

If I choose one it'll be a 30 day option. Slightly dearer but I dislike being locked in.

I like the idea of a contract but it would be only to get the latest iPhones, but I know I'll keep going over. I keep thinking once I upgraded think is it actually worth it.

There are other options that give free 0800 numbers but it depends on how much you want to stay with O2 ?
