Just read this and it seems to work although I have not got past talking a picture of my passport.

So a question for @Dave-O2

Will O2 accept the same as proof of ID in store?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Enlli Nope, I went last year to the shop in Town for an account query, I specifcally found and took my actual Passport and they still thought I could be Fred chuffin' Bloggs.

I've heard of incompetence but come on.
